Logistics

Long ocean transit (30–35 days) is the practical constraint. Istanbul Ambarli is the largest container port. Mersin serves Southern Turkey and re-export to Middle East.

Regulations & import

Turkey imposes a 5.5% import duty on TiO2 (HS 3206.11.00). REACH compliance is voluntary but increasingly demanded by end-customers in EU-export goods. We provide full REACH letters with shipments.

Payment terms

LC at sight is standard for first-time Turkish buyers given the long transit time. TT terms available for repeat customers. Some buyers prefer DA 60–90 days; we evaluate case-by-case.
