What to include in your first inquiry
- Grade reference — SEMITI 996 / R-902 / Kronos 2310 / Ti-Pure R-706 etc. If unsure, attach competitor TDS or describe the end-use.
- Volume — monthly tons or one-off order size. We have FCL (20', 18–20 t) as standard; LCL available for samples up to 500 kg.
- Destination — port name and Incoterms (FOB Qingdao / CIF Jebel Ali / DDP Hamburg etc.). We default to FOB Shanghai or Qingdao unless specified.
- Timeline — when do you need product on the line? Affects sourcing choice (some grades have 2-week lead time, others ex-stock).
- Compliance — REACH? FDA food contact? Cosmetic-grade pharma documentation? Tell us upfront so we ship the right batch + paperwork.
