SEMITI A101 is a sulfate-process anatase specifically optimized for decor and laminate paper applications. Compared with universal SEMITI A100, the A101 grade has finer median particle size (0.10–0.15 μm vs 0.15–0.25 μm) and tighter PSD, providing higher opacity at lower TiO2 loading on paper substrates.
For specialty decor paper mills producing kitchen cabinet face paper or furniture overlay, SEMITI A101 enables 6–8% TiO2 loading vs 8–12% for universal anatase — meaningful cost reduction at the high TiO2 loading typical of decor applications.
