Logistics Network & Shipping Capabilities

SEMITI's logistics network is built for global export trade. Material flows from our supplier network to consolidation warehouses, then to customer destinations worldwide.

Consolidation warehouses:

We operate two primary consolidation warehouses:

• Shanghai warehouse — serves Yangtze Delta industrial cluster and export through Shanghai port. Approximately 2,000 m² covered warehouse, 400 t typical stocking capacity.
• Qingdao warehouse — serves North China industrial cluster and export through Qingdao port. Approximately 1,500 m² warehouse, 300 t typical stocking capacity.

Both warehouses operate climate-controlled environments suitable for TiO2 storage. Quality control labs onsite.

Export ports:

Primary export ports: - Shanghai — for trans-Pacific (US, Latin America), trans-Pacific via Suez (EU, Middle East, Africa), South Asia direct, Southeast Asia - Qingdao — for South Korea, Japan, East Asia direct, and as alternative to Shanghai for other routes - Ningbo-Zhoushan — backup for Shanghai, occasionally for Latin America routing

Carrier relationships:

We work with major ocean carriers — Maersk, MSC, CMA CGM, ONE, Hapag-Lloyd, Evergreen, COSCO, Yang Ming — across the standard global routes. Multiple carrier relationships provide rate competition and capacity flexibility during peak periods.

Container options:

• 20' standard dry container (default for TiO2 — weight-limited): 18–20 t typical load
• 40' standard dry container: for mixed-cargo consolidation where multiple products ship together
• 20' high-cube or 40' high-cube: rarely used for TiO2 (height not the constraint)

Packaging options:

• 25 kg paper bag with PE liner — standard for most grades, manual handling
• 500 kg FIBC — large-volume buyers with mechanical handling
• 1000 kg FIBC — highest-volume buyers
• 1250 kg FIBC — premium grades, specific buyer arrangements
• 1000 kg IBC tote — for SEMITI SL70 slurry only

Incoterms support:

• FOB Shanghai / Qingdao / Ningbo — buyer arranges ocean freight
• CIF to any major port — we arrange ocean freight and insurance
• DDP to buyer factory in EU, UK, North America, Australia — we handle full delivery including customs and inland trucking
• EXW Shanghai/Qingdao — rare, used only for specific buyer logistics arrangements

Documentation:

Standard documentation package with every shipment: - Commercial Invoice - Packing List - Bill of Lading - Certificate of Origin (Form A, Form E for FTAs, or generic) - Certificate of Analysis (batch-specific) - Safety Data Sheet (in destination language if standard) - REACH letter (EU destinations) - FDA compliance letter (where applicable) - Country-specific documentation by destination

Special handling capabilities:

• Cosmetic/pharma packaging — cleanroom-grade handling for SEMITI NANO-30 and pharma grades
• Customs pre-clearance — for high-volume customers in markets supporting pre-clearance
• Just-in-time delivery — for established customers with predictable demand
• Multi-destination splits — single container split across multiple downstream destinations
